Reservations
Though not always necessary
we highly recommend that an appointment is made to ensure the services desired.
It’s easy, just give a call to (315) 337-3430 and schedule for a time that you
desire.
We request notification 24
hours before the appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule your
reservation. The full value of the service will be charged for
re-scheduling or cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice. No-show
appointments will also be charged the full value of the service.
Take Home Products
Your stylist or practitioner
can recommend “take home products” which will help to allow you to duplicate
the look customized for you. Consider these products your hair and skins
wardrobe.
Tours
Tours of the facility are
available upon request. It is our pleasure to show you around, however all
facilities may not be available for viewing due to scheduled reservations.
Treatment Areas
Please note that only
persons receiving treatments will be allowed in the service areas. Children
under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Young adults ages 12-17 may receive
treatments with proper consent by their parent or guardian.
Special Requests
Please be assured that we
will do our very best to accommodate any special requests to ensure your overall
comfort. Feel free to discuss any of these with your specific practitioner.
Medical or Well Being
Please inform us of any
medical or special needs that may require our attention. It is most important
that you check with your physician before participating in any spa treatment.
Written consent from your physician may be requested.
Prices and Payment
The price list available on
this website. Prices are subject to change and are dictated by the independent
contractor. Cash, checks, money orders and credit cards are accepted for most
services. Credit card information or valid gift certificate number will be
required to reserve multiple services.
Considerations

free experience please turn off cell phone and pagers during your services.
Please keep visitors in the reception area while services are rendered.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are
available for all of the services and products at Appearances Salon and Day Spa.
Gift certificates should be used within a 6 month period.
